intensive Weekender hypnobirthing & antenatal group course
Taking place over two, 6-hour sessions split over a consecutive Saturday and Sunday, this course is perfect for those parents who don’t want to compromise their birth education, but who are shorter on time.
Parents get all of the same hugely beneficial face-to-face support from me and the opportunity to meet other like-minded parents-to-be to take into maternity leave with you.
It also gives you some time out from the stresses of everyday life to focus on each other and your growing bub!
