Birth Boss Courses:
An overview

I recommend starting your Birth Boss course anywhere between week 20 and week 30 of your pregnancy

Most parents tend to start their Birth Boss course around 24 or 25 weeks of pregnancy.

This allows you plenty of time for the tools and techniques, learnt during the course, to be practiced in advance of the birth so that they can be easily called upon when the time comes. However, it is never too early or too late to start preparing for a better birth.

If you would like some advice on helping you decide when to start your course simply book a telephone call with me and I'll be more than happy to help.

Is it for me?

If you are currently growing a baby in your uterus, whether it be your first or your fourth, my Birth Boss courses are for you!

I encourage all birth partners supporting the birthing person to attend if they can so that you are all on the same page when it comes to your birth preparation.

The role of the birth partner is incredibly important and the tools and techniques you learn will be most effective if practiced regularly together in the lead up to your birth.

What is hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing is not just one thing. It is a combination of lots of different things; learning the inner workings of your body during birth and utilising the power of the mind, to improve the experience of childbirth for the birthing person, their partners and their babies.
